Jennifer Hutain

Jennifer Hutain is a seasoned professional in monitoring and evaluation with extensive experience in the health sector. Currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Team Rubicon since April 2023, Jennifer leads programmatic evaluations to demonstrate organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include the Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where Jennifer designed assessment tools for improved medical oxygen systems globally and led a community of practice. Jennifer's expertise extends to managing multiple project evaluations at Concern Worldwide and providing technical guidance in monitoring and evaluation. Holding a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Jennifer also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Studies and Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara.
