Michelle Raffanti

Michelle Raffanti is an experienced professional currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager at Textile Exchange since August 2023. Michelle leads the development of organizational performance indicators within the MEL framework and ensures efficient tracking and access to performance data for decision-making processes. Previously, as a Strategy Manager at Textile Exchange, Michelle supported the CSO in executing strategic planning and reporting. Michelle has also held roles as a Business Development Specialist at Safari Portal and Director of Operations at Upgradable and Ubiquity University, where key achievements included enhancing workflows, managing substantial budgets, and increasing productivity significantly. In the earlier career at Centro Infantil de los Ángeles, Michelle successfully managed donor relationships and launched programs that led to substantial financial contributions and volunteer recruitment. Michelle holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from DePaul University, further complemented by studies at Tsinghua University.
