Monika Wilde

Monika Wilde is an experienced psychotherapist and educator, currently holding positions as a Senior Psychotherapist at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust and a North East and Cumbria representative for the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies since September 2023. Wilde is a member of the Board of Trustees at Team Rubicon and provides psychotherapy in private practice. With a strong academic background, Wilde is pursuing a PhD in Applied Psychology with Psychotherapy at Canterbury Christ Church University and has completed multiple specialized certifications in psychotherapy, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Schema Therapy. Previous roles include Associate Lecturer at both Canterbury Christ Church University and Buckinghamshire New University, with a focus on complex mental health disorders and cognitive behavioral therapy.
