Hope Palmquist is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, production assistance, and film direction. Currently, as a Customer Service Representative at Team San Jose since February 2016, responsibilities include ticket sales and customer inquiries for events across multiple theater venues, utilizing various ticketing systems. Previous experience includes roles at TELUS International AI Data Solutions as a Production Assistant/Moderator, where quality control for machine learning videos was maintained, as well as positions in film productions such as 1st Assistant Director for "Lucky 50" and "Douchaholics," among others. Hope Palmquist holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Film and Video Production from The Art Institute of California, supplemented by military training from the United States Air Force.
