Trudi Gearhart is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in finance and customer service. Currently serving as the Executive Office Administrative Assistant for Michels Pacific Energy, Inc., since November 2019, Trudi provides support to various departments by managing projects and reports while also acting as a brand ambassador. Trudi has worked as a Ticketing Associate for Team San Jose since 2012, focusing on live event ticket sales and customer service. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant at Michels Corporation and Office Manager at Athena Wealth Management, where responsibilities included managing correspondence, client meetings, and financial transactions. Trudi also served as Executive Support Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., overseeing financials and office management. Trudi holds an Associate of Arts degree from Brooks College and San Jose City College, as well as a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional designation from the College for Financial Planning.
