Hannah Chapple has a wealth of work experience. Hannah began their career in 2012 as a Senior Support Worker at St Cuthbert's Care, where they acted as deputy leading a team of staff and delivered engaging sessions to support clients to build their independence and confidence. In 2018, they joined Team Satchel, where they held the roles of Head of Customer Success and Support, Head of Customer Success, Product Evangelist, and Field Product Specialist.

Hannah Chapple attended Newcastle College from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Forensic Science.
