Lauren Reames

Lauren Reames has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren currently serves as an Office Manager at MHP/Team SI starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Barista at 7 Brew Coffee from January 2023. From August 2021 to November 2022, they were a Practice Manager at Chenal Valley Animal Hospital, where they managed a team of over 20 paraprofessional staff, implemented policies to meet KPI goals, and established relationships with other hospitals. Lauren also gained experience in the veterinary field at Arkansas Veterinary Emergency & Specialists, where they worked as a Front Desk Representative and a Surgical Coordinator. Additionally, they served as an Admin at International Programs Group, where they handled communication and invoicing for clients. In the earlier stages of their career, Lauren worked as a Veterinary Technician at North Madison Animal Hospital and as a Senior Student Administrative Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Martin.

Lauren Reames pursued their education starting from 2011 to 2016 at the University of Tennessee at Martin and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Operations, and Related Sciences. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Oklahoma from 2023 to 2025 to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. In May 2023, they obtained a certification in Google Ads Search from Google.
