Boi-Yeanoh has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, program development, and project management. Boi-Yeanoh’s expertise is working with business leaders to build talent strategies, translating strategy into work plans, and building “execution excellence” capabilities in employees to deliver on those work plans.

As an HR consultant, Boi-Yeanoh has worked with both regional and global HR teams to develop and deploy strategies to attract, grow, and retain diverse talent to support business growth. She has worked across Education, Waste and Materials Management, and Healthcare sectors for government and non-profit organizations. Recent clients include Kaiser Permanente of Washington, Concentrix, Harris County-Human Resources and Risk Management, and ROCS Software.

Team Soapbox and Boi-Yeanoh have worked collaboratively on recruitment efforts for Kaiser Permanente of Washington. Boi-Yeanoh provides strategic planning and HR expertise to the team’s work on recruitment campaigns. She is currently working on the Washington State Ferries recruitment campaign.
