Available has been the Chief Operating Officer at Team Solutions Dental since December 2013.

Available's work history began at National Dentex Corp in January 2006 where they were the Executive Director of Operations. They were promoted 5 times in 8 years while managing a technical team of 12 technicians that grew to leading 5 locations in 3 states with over 100 team members responsible for production of over 10 million in retail sales. They created a Professional Development Program for current and future managers while growing sales revenue by over 20% and increasing operational efficiencies setting new benchmarks company wide.

They managed key projects and key accounts including directly managing the acquisition, integration and service of the largest new client in the history of the region. Additionally, they managed the successful integration of the two largest business units in the region, including a full facility renovation and build out. Lastly, they reduced internal costs and improved error rates throughout the organization while integrating digital production into analog workflow, introduced lean concepts and added new team members.

Available has a certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt professional Certified (LBBPC). They also have a certification from The Dawson Academy in Dawson Academy Alumnus. Lastly, they have a certification from National Board of Certification in Certified Dental Technician (CDT).
