Jason DeFranco

Jason DeFranco is currently the President and CEO at Team Solutions Dental. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of Operations at National Dentex Corp from January 2006 to December 2013.

DeFranco began their career at National Dentex Corp as a Laboratory Production Manager. Jason was promoted 5 times in 8 years, eventually leading 5 locations in 3 states with over 100 team members. Jason was responsible for production of over 10 million in retail sales. During their time at National Dentex Corp, DeFranco trained unit managers and operational leaders at all levels and created a Professional Development Program for current and future managers. Jason also grew sales revenue by over 20% and increased operational efficiencies setting new benchmarks company wide.

DeFranco's key projects and accounts included directly managing the acquisition, integration and service of the largest new client in the history of the region. Jason also managed the successful integration of the two largest business units in the region, including a full facility renovation and build out. Under DeFranco's leadership, internal costs were reduced and error rates improved throughout the organization while integrating digital production into analog workflow, introducing lean concepts and adding new team members.

Jason DeFranco's educational career includes attending McQuaid Jesuit High School, receiving a certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt professional Certified (LBBPC), receiving a certification from The Dawson Academy in Dawson Academy Alumnus, and receiving a certification from the National Board of Certification in Certified Dental Technician (CDT).
