Heather Caldwell has a diverse work experience, with a background in human resources and management. Heather began their career as an intern at the City of Detroit in 2006 before moving on to work as a marketing coordinator at MetLife from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they joined Intel as a graduate non-technical intern and later became a human resources business partner. Heather also had a role as a graduate assistant at Howard University Office of Graduate Programs from 2009 to 2010. Heather then pursued an MBA at Howard University from 2008 to 2010. Heather joined Intel Corporation again in 2010 as a transition change management product line manager and later became a human resources director at Team Wellness Center in 2017.
Heather Caldwell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University from 2002 to 2006, with a minor in Dance. Heather then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Howard University, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Team Wellness Center is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals by providing an array of comprehensive behavioral and physical health services in a trauma informed environment that promotes quality of life, continuous improvement, social awareness and healing. It is our goal to be the premier provider of integrated primary care and mental health services. We will accomplish this goal by maintaining high service scores while continually pursuing new and innovative business technological that will further benefit our members in support of their recovery and long term success. Since 2002, Team Wellness Center has been providing exceptional services and care to adult members with severe and chronic mental illness in Southeast Michigan. Our two clinics serve over 4750 unique members each year. We are proud of our CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation and we have held this distinction since 2003. At Team Wellness Center, we understand the importance of good mental health and quality of life. Stress, depression and severe mental illness can happen to anyone. We are proud to offer an outstanding selection of mental health care services in a variety of settings. All mental health care services, programs and groups are provided using the person centered planning process. Our individualized treatment plans are available for both short- and long-term mental health problems.
