Michael Gaughan

Michael Gaughan is a seasoned Human Resources Advisor currently with Team17 Digital since January 2024, following a tenure at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions in 2023. Previously, Gaughan accumulated extensive experience at Co-op from 2006 to 2022, serving as an Employee Relations Specialist, Employee Relations Advisor, Store Manager, Team Manager of Standards, and Team Leader. Key responsibilities included providing professional employee relations advice, managing grievances, coaching line management, and overseeing team performance.
