Ashleigh Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present.

Ashleigh began their career in 2004 as a Grant and PR Coordinator at The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. During this time, they served as a project manager and UX lead for the organization's website redesign, as well as an editor and content creator for their digital and print newsletter. Ashleigh also managed numerous grant proposals and applications.

In 2007, Ashleigh joined the National Wildlife Federation as a Marketing Manager for Education Programs. Here, they provided internal marketing consulting and support for various educational programs. Ashleigh'sresponsibilities included digital marketing, event planning, and copywriting for print collateral. Ashleigh also managed strategic marketing planning and execution for national social marketing initiatives and events.

In 2010, Ashleigh transitioned to Beaconfire RED, where they initially worked as an Account Manager. In this role, they conceived campaign concepts and directed cross-functional marketing teams to execute digital fundraising and advocacy efforts on behalf of clients. Ashleigh also managed day-to-day client relationships and team project management. Later on, they became a Senior Strategist and Account Director, further enhancing their expertise in marketing strategy and client management.

Currently, Ashleigh holds the position of Vice President of Account Management and Strategy at Allegiance Group, a role they assumed in June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing Operations and Lead Digital Strategist for Agency Services at the same company. In these roles, they have been responsible for developing account management strategies and overseeing marketing operations.

Ashleigh Lambert attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1999 to 2004 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In August 2019, they obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing (ICP-MKG) certification from ICAgile. Ashleigh is also a member of DMAW, although the specific date of obtaining the membership is not provided.
