Megan Zych

Vice President, Client Experience at Weber Shandwick

Megan Zych has a diverse range of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Megan started their career at Boxing Clever, where they served as an Account Coordinator before being promoted to Account Executive and eventually Account Supervisor. In this role, they opened the company's first remote office in Kansas City and took on responsibilities such as mentoring junior staff, developing client relationships, managing budgets, and leading new business presentations.

From there, Megan joined Barkley and held two positions - Business Development Supervisor and later Brand Director. As a Brand Director, they served as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for the agency's top clients, working closely with both internal and external teams. Megan also orchestrated cross-functional teams and provided brand and business expertise to the entire agency.

Following their time at Barkley, Megan joined Osborn Barr Paramore (OBP) as a Group Account Director, overseeing the account management team and driving successful client campaigns. Megan then moved on to 160over90, where they served as a Sr. Experiential Account Director for Marriott.

Most recently, Megan joined happyMedium as the Head of Accounts, leading the accounts team and ensuring client satisfaction. Currently, they are working at Weber Shandwick as the Vice President of Client Experience. Overall, Megan Zych has proven herself as a skilled and experienced professional in the advertising and marketing industry.

Megan Zych received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Advertising and Promotion from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
