Matt Mafrici is the Co-founder & CEO of TeamAssurance, a platform that bridges Daily Management and Top Line Strategy by integrating Front Line Teams with Digital technology. Matt has previous experience as an Industry Advisor at Safer Care Victoria, a Regional Capability Development Manager at O-I, and as an Integrated Lean Six Sigma Lead at Mondelēz International. Prior to these roles, Matt worked at Toyota Motor Corporation in both Australia and Japan, focusing on Production, Engineering Services, and New Model Production Preparation. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from RMIT University.
