Nadine Hilbich

Nadine Hilbich's work experience starts in 2002 at Volksbank Marsberg, where they worked as a Bankangestellte in the Rechtsabteilung until 2004. Nadine then moved on to Pfleiderer AG as a Diplomantin/Praktikantin from September 2008 to March 2009. In 2009, they joined Gleiss Lutz as a Wirtschaftsjuristin until November 2014. In 2012, they had a brief role as a Secondment Business Lawyer at A&L Goodbody from March to August. Since 2015, Nadine Hilbich has been working at TeamBank AG, initially as a Personalreferentin from January 2015 to January 2019. Nadine then became an HR Business Partner from February 2019 to September 2022, and is currently serving as the Head of HR Development from September 2022 onwards.

Nadine Hilbich completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Universität Kassel from 2005 to 2009. Nadine then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Rechtswissenschaften from Fachhochschule Nordhessen during the period of 2012 to 2013.
