Francesca Gabetti

Francesca Gabetti is an experienced professional with a career spanning over 20 years. Francesca began their career in 1998 as an International Affairs professional at IULM University. In 1999, they joined Kraft Foods in Italy as a Trade Marketing and Consumer Events professional. In 2001, they moved to Puig as a Communication and PR Manager. In 2004, they joined Ferrero Iberica S.A. as an International Brand Manager. In 2005, they became a freelance journalist and author of docs/TV productions at Conde Nast. In 2008, they were a Professor in the Communication Area at IED Barcelona, as well as a Partner at Pinea3 Living Organizations and a Country Manager Spain and International Business Development Manager at TheBlogTV Communities S.p.A. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of Intuigma Systemic Consultancy and in 2016, they co-founded and became CEO of TeamEQ.

Francesca Gabetti has a diverse educational background. Francesca completed a Maturita' Classica from Istituto Leone XIII from 1988 to 1996. Francesca then attended IULM University from 1996 to 2001, receiving a degree in Management with a focus in Marketing/Communicacion. From 1998 to 2000, they attended Universit\u00e9 Paris Nanterre, earning an MSG in Maitrise Gestion D'Entreprise. From 2007 to 2016, they attended Barcelona, Madrid & Amsterdam, earning a Master's degree in Systemic Management, Coaching and Others. In 2013, they attended Stanford University, completing Incubate Your Startup: The Essentials in Business. In 2017, they completed the W50 - Bank Santander Board Members Intensive Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management in Management & Leadership.
