In 2020, they were an Associate Professor at Universidad de Navarra, Co-Founder & Advisor and Co-Founder & CTO at Roitruck, and a Co-Founder & CTO at Philanthropic World SL. In 2015, they were an Associate Professor at Universidad Pública de Navarra. In 2014, they were a Technical Consultant at Entrepreneur and an Associate Consultant at Certiorem. In 2015, they were Operations & Planning at Innovaction Week. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for business processes and technology advisoring, development of eCommerce for franchising companies, programming for data analysis, databases for process management, and best practices, methods, and concepts of successful innovation experiences.

Joseba Carricas obtained a Master of Science in Telecommunication Engineering from the Universidad Pública de Navarra in 1998. Joseba also holds certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from LinkedIn (2022), TOGAF 9 Foundation from The Open Group (2015), and PMP from the Project Management Institute (2014).
