Declan Halpin

Declan Halpin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, fitness, and sports medicine. Currently serving as Regional Director APAC at Exos since November 2025, Declan previously held multiple leadership roles at UFIT Health & Fitness in Singapore from January 2016 to November 2025, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing health and fitness services and enhancing operational digital technology. Declan's background also includes significant contributions as Senior Medical Educator at World Rugby and consulting for the Indonesian Athletics Federation, along with various physiotherapy positions at organizations like Radiance PhysioFit and Singapore Rugby Union. Declan holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from King’s College London and is pursuing an MBA Essentials at LSE, complemented by a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick.
