Maximilian Italiaander

Maximilian Italiaander is a professional with extensive experience in health fitness and leadership roles. Currently a Senior Health Fitness Specialist at Exos since September 2022, Maximilian previously served as a Health Fitness Specialist. As a Founding Father of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, positions included IFC Delegate, New Member Educator, Public Relations Chairman, Secretary, and Bylaws Chairman. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of the Interfraternity Council at Rochester Institute of Technology and holding leadership roles in RIT Esports and Reporter Magazine. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
