Rebecca Smallchua

Rebecca Smallchua is the CEO at Harvey. Rebecca has over seven years of experience in marketing and brand management. Rebecca has a proven track record in growing companies and launching successful campaigns.

Rebecca started their career as a University Tutor at the Faculty of Business and Economics, The University of Melbourne. Rebecca then went on to work as a Strategy & Insights Manager at Posterscope. During their time at Posterscope, they led the development of the company’s marketing strategy and helped to grow the business.

In February 2015, Rebecca joined ThankyouAUS as Senior Marketing Manager - Brand & Digital. Over the next four years, they set up the digital function, expanded Thankyou’s digital capability and led a team heading up brand strategy, digital, content, community and major campaigns. Some of their notable achievements include redefining the Thankyou brand strategy, launching two successful campaigns (Chapter One crowdfunding and Baby product launch), launching a new revenue stream through a schools engagement program and establishing Thankyou's digital eco-system including website, introduction of e-commerce, social, email platform, content, paid digital media and analytics.

Rebecca is a respected thought leader in the industry and has spoken at numerous marketing events including Pause Fest, Change The World, SMK, Interactive Minds and Collective Hub.

Rebecca is passionate about making a difference in the world and is proud to have been part of growing a movement to help end global poverty.

Rebecca Smallchua has a Master's Degree in Management (Marketing) from Melbourne Business School, a Strategic Planning for Brands and Business certification from AdSchool, The Communications Council, and a Bachelor of Arts (Media Communications) from the University of Melbourne. Rebecca also has a Design Thinking Boot Camp certification from Naked Ambition.
