Derek Yelinek

Derek Yelinek is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in asset integrity and mechanical integrity. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Asset Integrity at TEAM, Inc., Derek previously held the position of Lead Mechanical Integrity Consultant at Siemens Energy from August 2019 to February 2023. Prior roles include Reliability Engineer at Evonik, Corporate RBI Engineer and Risk Based Inspection Engineer at Sinclair Oil Corporation, and Asset Integrity Project Lead at Pinnacle AIS. Early career experience includes positions as a Process Engineer Intern at Loparex and Engineering Aid in the US Army. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Western Michigan University, completed in 2010.
