Pawan Borle

Pawan Borle is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at flydubai since November 2008, Pawan has been instrumental in shaping the airline's growth from its inception. In addition to the work at flydubai, Pawan co-founded Maithri Aquatech Pvt Ltd., which focuses on innovative water sustainability technology, and serves as an investor and advisor for several startups, including TeamIndus, Nu Republic, Kakcho, and Sirona. Pawan's prior roles include senior HR positions at Fullerton Financial Holdings, Conexant Systems, Cypress Semiconductors, and Pramati Technologies. Pawan holds a PGD in PM&IR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Sc (Hons) in Physics from Delhi University.
