James Taylor

James Taylor has a diverse work experience in the childcare industry. James started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Nock A Mixon Inc in 2001, where they developed a passion for working with children. James then joined Camp Australia in 2003, initially as an Educator and later took on the role of Coordinator and Projects, where they honed their leadership skills and built great teams. In 2010, they became the State Operations Manager at OSHClub, and during their tenure, they played a crucial role in achieving the highest ratings in the child care industry. Since 2017, James has been associated with TeamKids, where they served as the National Operations Manager until 2019, then as the General Manager, and currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.

James Taylor completed their Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Management at Swinburne University of Technology from 2011 to 2016.
