Navin Patil

Navin Patil is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the human resources field spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as AVP - HR at TeamLease Services Limited since September 2018, Navin leads the HR Business Partner discipline within the Employability Segment of the TeamLease Group, which encompasses TeamLease Edtech, Degree Apprenticeship, and TeamLease Skills University. Previously, Navin held the position of AVP - HR at Quikr, overseeing HR operations and successfully integrating acquired companies. Navin also worked as AGM - HR at TeamLease, where support was provided for HR initiatives and transformational advice. Earlier experiences include managing training programs at Allsec Technologies and Aegis Ltd. Education includes a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
