Zarir Batliwala

Mr. Zarir Batliwala is an Independent Director of the Company. He is a Bachelor in Law and a senior Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He brings with him 45 + years of rich corporate experience at senior leadership level with functional experience in legal and human resource management, with a strong exposure to business and leadership and organizational development. Mr. Batliwala has been associated with various organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra Group of Companies, Britannia Industries Limited, Hewlett-Packard, and the like, heading human resources, legal and secretarial functions. Between 2010 and 2014, he acted as a consultant to us (TeamLease Services Limited), as head of the human resources function. Currently, he is an Independent People Practices consultant, focusing on organizational structure, performance management systems and workplace culture. He has been an Independent Director of the Company since March 29, 2019.
