Helen Fournier

Helen Fournier serves as the President and Operating Owner of TeamLogicIT since December 2018. Previously, Helen held various managerial roles at Nestlé GLOBE IS/IT North America from July 2011 to September 2018, including Manager of Change & Release, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 9-12 specialists and ensuring the implementation of changes across multiple Nestlé organizations in North America. Helen also served as a Senior Customer Care Specialist for Nestlé USA, managing high-priority ticket resolutions and overseeing customer service operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Change Control Team Lead and IS Manager at Nestlé, focusing on change control, customer care, and disaster recovery during the implementation of SAP.
