Andries van Staden

Andries Van Staden is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles, including the current position as Chief Financial Officer at Matrix since June 2024. Previously, Andries served as Group COO and CFO at Innovation Group Limited from February 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing financial and operational performance across multiple regions and managing significant financial reporting for major insurers. Earlier roles include CFO and MD of Innovation Group South Africa, managing director of Absa General Insurance, and equity partner at EY, where expertise in audit and financial consulting was developed.
