Chris Grimes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Account Manager at Ingram Micro. Chris then transitioned into recruitment, working as a Recruitment Consultant for various temporary positions, as well as at Quay Services Group and Sagitta Recruitment Ltd. In 2010, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Just-Eat. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Head of Sales at 2LS. Following this, they joined SpeakInConfidence as a Sales Director from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Matrix as the Head of Public Sector until 2017. After that, they took on the role of Director of Sales at Matrix until 2024, where they were responsible for the Matrix Workforce and Matrix Milestones division.
Chris Grimes completed their A Levels in Psychology, Sociology, and Politics at Stantonbury Campus between 2001 and 2003. They then pursued a BA HONS degree in Sociology 2 from the University of the West of England, which they completed between 2003 and 2006.
