Roger has served as the Chief Growth Officer and CMO at Matrix, where they were responsible for developing growth strategies and leading the workforce technology platform. Prior to this, Roger worked as a Managing Partner at RJC Dynamics Limited, a consultancy specializing in digital strategy and HR services. Roger has also worked as a Strategy Advisor at Level Financial Technology, Mentor at Workplace Accelerator, and in leadership positions at Capita People Solutions and Alexander Mann Solutions. Roger's expertise lies in strategy development and execution, market entry, and service transformation. Roger has a strong background in talent management, workforce planning, and business growth strategies within the healthcare sector.
Roger Clements attended the University of Plymouth from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Business & Information Management Systems.
