Prior to this, Ghose worked as a Founder Coach, where they provided guidance and support to entrepreneurs.

From 2010 to 2017, Ghose served as the Co-founder & CTO of Helpshift, an AI Powered Customer Support Platform for Mobile and Web Apps. During their tenure, they played a key role in building this exceptional startup and developed a highly-scalable product that was widely acclaimed by customers and end-users.

Before Helpshift, Ghose co-founded and served as the CTO of Paisa.com, where they contributed to the company's success from 2009 to 2010.

Additionally, Ghose was also a Co-founder & Director of Engineering at oCricket.com from 2008 to 2009.

Their career began at Cleartrip Travel Services Pvt. Ltd as a Software Engineer from 2007 to 2008.

Baishampayan Ghose obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shivaji University, during the period from 2001 to 2007.
