Seema Karandikar

Seema Karandikar is a seasoned product manager and user experience designer with extensive experience across various domains. Currently, at TeamOhana, Inc. since November 2021, Seema is focused on developing a product aimed at addressing challenges faced by people leaders. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal UX Designer Consultant at Velotio Technologies, where Seema managed a team of engineers and tackled complex projects in fintech and Kubernetes. Seema also held roles as a Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer at Ogee Studio, leading design teams and conducting stakeholder interviews. Seema's earlier career at Tata Consultancy Services and IBM Global Services involved application development and solutions architecture, demonstrating a solid foundation in software development. Seema holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
