Kai Gehrmann

Kai Gehrmann has over 15 years of experience in design leadership and management roles. Kai is currently the Creative Director/Strategic Growth at TEAMS Design, where they are responsible for understanding the desires and needs of customers and reflecting those with brand and market context. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager Industrial Design & Communication at the same company, leading and synchronizing design projects to meet customer demands. Kai also held the role of Manager Strategic Design and Industrial Designer at TEAMS Design. In their early career, Kai worked as an Industrial Designer at GfG Gesellschaft für Gerätebau mbH Gaswarngerätehersteller, where they supported the fast-paced development of industrial designs and provided new design ideas for marketing and sales.

Kai Gehrmann attended Aachen University of Applied Sciences - FH Aachen from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Industrie- und Produktdesign. In 2002, they also briefly studied Interior Architecture at RMIT University. In June 2019, Kai Gehrmann received a certification in Design Leadership & Management Education from PARK Academy (formerly Grow).
