Shivam Kaushik is an experienced human resources professional with a specialized focus on talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at the India-Israel Innovation HUB since January 2018, Shivam works to bridge the technology sectors of India and Israel, fostering innovation through collaborative connections. Additionally, Shivam has held various roles at TeamScale, also since January 2018, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Operations and Head of Talent Acquisition, where the objective is to assist technology companies in overcoming hiring challenges. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR Associate at PeopleStrong and a Summer Research Intern at the Institute of Chemical Technology. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya.
