Lauren Rymer

Lauren Rymer is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Teamshares since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held positions as Corporate Counsel at Teamshares and as a Corporate Associate at Kastner Gravelle LLP and Cooley LLP, among others. Lauren began the legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and has experience as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center and as a Student Attorney at the Georgetown Law Domestic Violence Clinic. Additionally, Lauren completed internships with the Department of Justice's Office of the Pardon Attorney and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
