Paola Mai

Paola Mai is an experienced leadership recruiter currently serving as the lead President Recruiter at Teamshares, a prominent buyer of small businesses focused on transitioning them to employee ownership through effective leadership and financial solutions. Paola has held various roles within Teamshares, including recruiter and recruiting coordinator, contributing to the organization's mission of simplifying operations for small businesses. Previously, Paola worked as a human resources technician and intern for the City of Grand Junction, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee program management.
