Cherilyn Hickman, CIR, serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sparq since December 2014, with a progressive career trajectory that includes roles as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to Sparq, Cherilyn worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Cowan Systems, LLC from October 2012 to November 2014, where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation. Earlier experience as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek underscored expertise in both technical and non-technical staffing across various industries. Cherilyn holds a degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Selling and Sales Management from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, obtained in 2011.
