Federico Leproux

Federico Leproux began his career in 1996 at Procter & Gamble holding different positions mainly in operations/product supply. He held positions as Production Unit Manager and Initiative Manager, Logistics.

In 2002 he moved into management and strategy consulting. For the next two years he worked at Bain & Company where he managed projects in the automotive, retail and FMCG industries.

In 2004 he joined McKinsey & Company where he led multiple projects in several sectors such as Energy, Private Equity, Directory Services and Retail.

He moved to TeamSystem in 2007 as General Manager and in 2009 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the TeamSystem Group.
