Francesco Pizzorno has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 with Tele2, where they held roles such as Responsible of ULL project, Technical Provisioning Manager, and Head of Technical Customer Support. Francesco then moved on to TeleTu, where they served as Head of Technical Customer Care, responsible for budget management and quality performance. In 2012, they joined Vodafone IT as Head of Mobile Data Consumer, overseeing contact center operations, social media development, and project management responsibilities. In 2014, Francesco joined Ariston Thermo Group as Global CRM Manager and later became CRM Manager Italy. Currently, since 2017, they are working at TeamSystem, initially as a Manager Customer Experience, then as Head of Customer Success Management, and currently as Head of Market Management for BU Professional Solutions.
Francesco Pizzorno began their education at Politecnico di Milano, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. The specific duration and details of this period are unknown.
