Carl-Johan Kihlbom

Carl-Johan Kihlbom is an experienced professional in product management and software development, currently serving as Head of Product and Senior Product Manager at Teamtailor since August 2022. In addition, Carl-Johan is a Co-Owner of Bar La Lune, a wine bar in Gothenburg, launched in collaboration with sommelier Oskar Ahlvin. Previous roles include Board Member and VP of People & Culture at Velory, Managing Partner at Varvet following its merger with Elabs, and CEO and Founder of Elabs AB, a prominent software consultancy serving international and Swedish clients. Early career experience includes web development and design as the Owner of Newcode and as a Web Designer at Kihlbom Media KB, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and Management from IT University of Göteborg and training in Communication & Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training.
