Joe Meek is currently an Onboarding Specialist at TeamUp. Joe has held various customer service positions throughout their career. Joe started as a Sales Assistant at RIPPLEGLEN LIMITED in 2009 and then moved on to a Home Claims Management Agent at Direct Line Group in 2012. In 2015, they became a Smart Operations Support at British Gas and then a Team Leader at Acorn Stairlifts UK in 2019. Most recently, they were with Yorkshire Water from December 2020 to January 2022 as a Customer Service Developer Services Back Office agent. Joe is known for their excellent customer service skills and their ability to train and mentor others.
