Janet Janiszewski

Janet Janiszewski has extensive work experience in human resources. Starting in 2002, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Bosch Packaging Technology, where they oversaw talent acquisition, employee relations, and administrative management. Janet then worked as the HR Director for Arizant Healthcare and later became the Business HR Manager for 3M's Infection Prevention Division. In 2012, Janet joined Apex International Mfg, Inc. as the Human Resources Director, leading the HR function for a contract manufacturing company. Janet then served as the Director of Human Resources at SunOpta, a global natural food company. From 2017 to 2021, Janet held leadership roles at Key Surgical, including Vice President of Human Resources, where they implemented HR strategies and led acquisition integration efforts. Most recently, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Zeus Electric Chassis, Inc. before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Teamvantage in 2022.

Janet Janiszewski holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 1998, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Janet also received the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015. Most recently, in December 2021, they completed the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for HR Professionals and Leaders program from LinkedIn.
