Abdiel Guevara has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support. Abdiel started their career in 2010 at Technology Transfer Services as a Technical Support. Abdiel worked there until 2012. In 2013, they joined TeamViewer as a Technical Support and later progressed to the role of Senior Technical Support. In 2017, they became a Team Manager in Tech Support for Las Americas. In 2019, they were promoted to the position of Head of Customer Support Americas. In 2020, they became the Director of Customer Support Americas. Currently, Abdiel Guevara holds the position of Vice President of Customer Support at TeamViewer, starting in December 2022.

Abdiel Guevara attended ITT Technical Institute-Tampa and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from 2008 to 2010. Abdiel then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Security and Networking from the same institute, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Abdiel Guevara obtained certifications such as Leadership Communication with Impact from INSEAD Executive Education in 2021, Certified Support Manager from Service Strategies in 2017, and Certified Support Professional from Service Strategies in 2016.
