Holly Doucette is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Americas at TeamViewer, Holly has previously held senior positions including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner in the same region. Prior to TeamViewer, valuable expertise was gained at ITG Brands as a Human Resources Specialist focused on benefits administration and as a Talent Acquisition Manager, in addition to serving as Manager of HR Operations during the merger with Lorillard Tobacco Company. Holly's career in human resources began at Lorillard Tobacco Company, where roles included Supervisor of HR Operations and Coordinator of Compensation & Benefits.
