Erika Byers, Ph.D., NYS LBA (she/her), has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. From 2018, they served as the Chief Clinical Officer at Teamwork Healthcare. Prior to that, they worked at La Cima Elementary Charter School, where they held two positions: Scholar Culture and Behavior Analyst from 2017 to 2019, and Director of Pre-Kindergarten from 2017 to 2018. From 2010 to 2017, Erika worked at Fred S. Keller School, first as a Teacher and Behavior Analyst and later as a Program Supervisor and Behavior Analyst.

Erika'searlier experiences include working as a Developmental Disability Specialist at G.R.A.C.E., Inc from 2009 to 2010, and as an "Summer Scholars" Program Intern at Children's Hospital of King's Daughters in 2009, where they contributed to data analysis and journal writing. In 2008, Erika worked at Caring Family Home, LLC as an Intellectual and Developmental Disability Specialist, providing care and support to disabled adults. Erika also interned at Journey's Way: Counseling and Assessment Center in 2008, assisting in seminar preparation and administrative tasks.

Erika Byers, Ph.D., NYS LBA (she/her) obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to their doctoral degree, they pursued a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Teachers College, Columbia University, from 2010 to 2012. In 2010, Erika received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hampton University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
