Alexa Malone

Alexa Malone is a highly experienced professional in sports recruiting and operations, currently serving as a Product Success Manager at Teamworks since May 2024. Prior to this role, Alexa was the Associate Director of Recruiting Operations at Stanford University from August 2016 to August 2023, where successful management of a $750,000 budget and a five-person recruiting team contributed to the program's top-ranked classes in the Pac-12 Conference. Notable accomplishments include the overhaul and enhancement of the recruiting database, organization of significant on-campus events, and a high commitment rate from official visitors. Alexa also has a solid foundation in athletic operations from earlier roles at the University of Louisville and other institutions.
