Emma Raspin

Emma Raspin is an experienced professional in e-learning, development, and recruitment. Currently serving as the e-Learning Manager at Tearfund since March 2017, Emma is responsible for pioneering e-learning practices, designing courses, and enhancing the training of frontline development workers globally. Previous roles include Placement Manager at Tearfund, Graduate Student Researcher at Bapu Trust in India, and ICS Team Leader at Restless Development, where Emma managed young volunteers in rural communities. Earlier career experience includes positions at Shell as a University Relations Graduate Recruiter and Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, as well as internships at The British Embassy, Eversheds, and HSBC in Qatar. Emma holds a Master’s degree in International Development from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
