Juba Quintin is an experienced Partnership and Localization Manager at Tearfund since July 2013, focusing on advocacy for localization, effective partnerships, and holistic human transformation. In this role, Juba provides management and capacity building support to 12 active partners, ensuring compliance with Tearfund's Quality Standards. Previously, Juba held positions as a Project Officer Partnership, managing partnerships and documentation in South Sudan, and served as a National CCT Coordinator/Facilitator, building the capacity of local churches and communities. Juba holds a Master's degree in Social Science from Nkumba University and a Bachelor's degree in Democracy and Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, along with an Associate's degree in Adult Education and Development from Nsamizi Training Institute.
