Julian Morgan

Julian Morgan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in relationship management and youth engagement, currently serving as Senior Relationship Manager for African & Caribbean Engagement at Tearfund since June 2021, where responsibilities include developing and delivering strategies aimed at the Afro-Caribbean church community in the UK. Previous roles at Tearfund include Interim Team Leader and Senior Relationship Manager for Youth & Emerging Generations, along with project management and engagement coordination. Prior to Tearfund, Julian held positions such as Pastoral Manager at King Solomon International Business School, Youth Support Worker at RODOR Housing & Support Ltd, Learning Mentor at The Rock Central Birmingham Education Centre, and Document Management Specialist at Mitie.
