Thobekile Ncube

Thobekile Ncube has held various roles in different organizations over the years, starting as an Accountant at Streets Ahead Welfare Organisation. From there, they moved on to roles such as Project Manager at Oasis Zimbabwe and later Programmes Advisor at Oasis Global. More recently, they have worked as a Fundraising Advisor at Progressio UK and in various capacities at Tearfund, including as a Capacity Building Officer and currently as an Organizational Development Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to capacity strengthening and program management, including designing and running projects for vulnerable populations.
